The car was virtually new as it was a 2022 car. However the engine was too small for the size of the car and with a full load the car was struggling a bit. Also I landed in T2 at Dubai airport and had to hire a taxi with all my luggage to T1 to pick up the car. The process at the registration dest took nearly 1.5 hours as there was only one person at the desk and it was taking too long to deal with customers, baring in mind that only three customers were in front of me. The customers we haggling the price of the rental and this took a long time. It took us more than 3 hours to get into the car which was very tiring and not acceptable.

とても良かったです。この過程はスムーズで、保険の強制勧誘もなく、返車も順調でした。1500AEDの仮承認がすぐに解除され、帰国後一週間で解除されました。50の駐車料金と1日4の監視料、さらに税金が差し引かれました。ドバイでは2日間雨が降ったため、車に少し水の跡がついていましたが、洗車する時間がなく、そのまま返しましたが、洗車料金は請求されませんでした。

このレンタカー会社は中国のクレジットカードでの事前承認ができず、直接消費が行われます。デポジットが他のレンタカー会社より高く、一般的には1500AEDですが、この会社は2000AEDを請求しました。その後、デポジットの返金が非常に困難で、2ヶ月以上の交渉の末、最終的に1903.1AEDが返金されました。直接消費されるため、毎回約10ドルの手数料がかかります。
