We had expected a hybrid car but got just a Petrol Citroen C3. It was a good car with sufficient power and space and was an automatic as booked but a hybrid is more economical and environmentally friendly
very quick process and the car itself was fine however charged 155 euros more than we had been quoted and were told by counter staff that we had to pay or no car. Tried to sort out on return but very difficult to contact, repeated requests for the same information, time taken trying to resolve means it has cost even more. Would never use again
Like: The car hire offices are all together just outside the arrivals area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Cars are parked within 50 yards. All in all, a very easy and pleasant experience. Dislike: N/A

Like: Needed something to transport 5 adults. Car was new, roomy and in great condition - include a sat nav that linked to my phone.
