Due to a delayed flight, I contacted the rental company to hold the car. They responded that the car would be held until midnight. I had booked for 4:00 PM, and when I arrived at the counter at 5:00 PM, they initially said they hadn't received my order. After some discussion, they found the order but said there were no cars available. The back-and-forth continued until 6:15 PM when they finally said there was a car, but that I would need to wait half an hour. In reality, I didn't get the car until 7:25 PM.

No cars were available when I arrived, and the booking was invalid.

When I arrived at the car rental store at the airport, they told me there were no cars!

The service was provided by a handsome guy, and the instructions were clear and satisfactory.

The car was in excellent condition, almost brandnew, clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although they seemed not to be informed about our reservation the car was available within 30 minutes. Looks like a lack in Hertz's internal communication.

Everything was easy going.
