No car was available upon arrival. This was after spending 1 hour in a line upon entering the building before the transaction was even processed.
Then a further 1 hour before a car was made available. Next to zero of communications from any staff on duty. Never again!!!

The store is fine, but there's no Chinese service which makes communication difficult. It can be troublesome for people with poor English. Returning the car is easy; just scan it in the parking lot.
I was changed to Budget but they were great and they gave me an upgrade
