Terrible experience with budget

They did not have the car on site at the pickup time and told me I would need to wait an hour. This is a common thing for them, according to reviews. They have me the wrong car, a tiny little car, instead of what I booked. They wanted me to sign the 'no visible damage' report without seeing the car, which I refused - which was good because it did have visible damage. There was garbage inside the car under the seat. They would not accept my visa card as payment for the deposit. They did not honor the zero dollar deductible I already paid for with my voucher and instead made it $300. In total, a terrible rental experience.

“Vague specifications regarding how much luggage the car can accommodate”

I specifically looked for cars that could carry a lot of luggage in the trunk, and the interface makes it very difficult to accurately assess how much luggage space one will receive. It's an important piece of information for traveling families. We ended up having to trade in the first car we received for a larger one, but ideally you could spare you customers the hassle.

“Voiture parfaite, des vacances réussis”

La voiture de location était parfaite, lors de récupération nous avons passé 50 minutes pour trouver le véhicule, nous sommes retourné au guichet, heureusement un employé a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner jusqu'au véhicule. Le personnel au sous sol a été formidable et compréhensif.

I booked a standard car and get a YUKON XL- because they did not have anything smaller and consequently spent about $75 extra on gas! Very disappointed and hope that I will be refunded for the extra gas
