It was a little difficult to contact staff. Left messages but did not return call. Had to go to the terminal and find Europcar counter. A lady from next door hire company had to look around the back and told us staff were there and would be out shortly. The customer service girl was very nice and friendly and completed our booking.
Waited well over 4 hours upon pick up. Customer Service was very bad from the get go , very rude . Had no customer service skills what so ever , refused to listen to us . It wasn't until my daughter rang head office and a new customer representative started their shift that things finally started progressing.

Europcar were good, although I was charged an international money transfer fee which I don't recall being in the contract. The vehicle was new, but a software glitch produced an airbag warning sign on the dashboard. The car itself was very basic and Mitsubishi really need to upgrade their "clunker" engines.
I've actually got updated to a KIA CERATO at the pick up! Therefore the above review is for a KIA CERATO and rather than a Hinday Accent (witch I don't recommend)
