The car they provided had a loose front left fender, and it shook loose after driving over bumps. Thankfully, I bought full insurance. However, the deposit hasn’t been refunded yet—still waiting.
We arrived more than 40 minutes early for our rental, but due to a computer issue, we weren't served immediately. We had to wait until almost 6:30 PM to get the car. I had reserved a 9-seater Mercedes, but they gave me a 7-seater Nissan instead. There were scratches on the right side of the car, not very noticeable but marked on the report. When returning the car, they claimed the upper scratches were old but the lower ones were caused by us and charged us €481,00. The whole process felt like a scam! We picked up the car around 7 PM, rushed to the city center to check into our accommodation, and didn’t notice any lower scratches. Is a scratch really worth €481,00 to fix? This company is a rip-off. Terrible experience, terrible company.
