空港から少し離れているので、空港近くにあるレンタカー会社よりも便利です。専用のシャトルバスがあり、出発側で乗降し、すぐに出発する。多くの空港周辺のレンタカー会社がシャトルバスで送迎してくれるので便利です。与えた車はディーゼルの全駆cx-5で、働力は強くて、ハンドルの座席は道路を加熱して離れてと側視鏡の提示がすべてあって、3万余りの里程、車の状態はとても良いです。

問題に会ったが、自らが適時にフォローアップしてqeeq態度がいい。しかし、もっと正確でなければならない情報もある。たとえば、車に乗る場所や資材の受け取り、クレジットカードや免許証の方が気になります。またDollarとThriftyは 同じ会社なのに、受付は一人で忙しく動き回っていた。

“From Reykjavik to Blue Lagoon to Vik”

Good service. Even though we arrived late and our order was canceled, Thrifty still rented us a car. However, poor rating for QEEQ's customer service as they didn't help us resolve the issue and just said it was canceled because we were late. Poor service.

車は清潔で通常のレンタカー会社が提供するレベル以上で文句なしでした。 空港でのピックアップに約３０分以上待ち、お客が多かったためドライバーだけがレンタカー会社に送られ、同行者は空港で待たなければなりませんでした。カウンターでの手続きも混雑のため６０分以上かかりました。 返却は営業時間外だったので、空港までの送迎サービスはなく、自分でタクシーを手配する必要がありましたが、予約の時点でこのような情報は提供されていませんでした。
