It was only when I contacted the rental service customer support that they discovered it. When I went back to clarify, they used various excuses, saying the location wasn't open in the morning! The drop-off location opens at 8 AM, so I arrived at 7 AM and waited till 8 AM to pick up the car. The rental service already provides third-party insurance, but they'll tell you it's not included and suggest you buy it. Insist on not buying it. Make sure to check the charges carefully when picking up the car. If there's any issue, contact customer support.
