When I arrived 30 minutes early to pick up my car, the first staff member told me to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned after 15 minutes, another staff member told me to wait another 15 minutes. This was really frustrating.
I booked the car for 7:00 PM. Due to an early flight arrival, I reached the company's counter at 5:50 PM, but the attendant insisted on processing my rental at 7 PM. At 6:55 PM, they still asked me to wait for 5 more minutes. After a 15-hour flight, I really wanted to get the car and rest. They had cars available, and I could have returned the car earlier if I picked it up earlier. This company is not good. In my previous rentals, I could always pick up the car as soon as there was availability. I will avoid this company in the future if possible.

The car had 78000 km on the clock. There was a clear noise from the front when turned. I suspect the steering rack is worn. I would have expected a rental car not to have such issues.
The counter staf were not aware of Platinum cover I had and tried to sell me additional cover.
