While I was told to return it with the same fuel level, it is difficult for renters who are unfamiliar with the car’s fuel consumption. Usually, the car gets returned with a full tank, which is unfair to renters.

Except for the language barrier, everything else was fine. The staff turned on the air conditioning before the inspection upon car return, and when returning the car, staff were already waiting in the parking lot and escorted us to the departure hall. Much more convenient than expected.

Please clearly classify MCars and Ecars on your site . I booked 2 Nissan Almera cars from Phuket and ended up getting 1 Almera and 1 Yaris . We were three families travelling together and really had tough time accommodating the baggage . Still don't understand How Yaris/Brio is of same class as Almera in space..
