Counter staff gave helpful local advice on pickup . Exceptional help at drop off after I left something in the car leading to successful recovery of the item.

Budget was great. We had tried to book through them initially but each time we went back to the site the price had gone up. Went through qeeq and got a good price for what we wanted.

Qeeq worked well. Had never heard of it before so was sceptical but that turned out to be unfounded. They gave us a heads up about the hold/bond that would be required on pickup which saved us stressing about it at the time.
Unfortunately our experience of 2 budget cars in our trip was not the best. The second car was not as we requested, it was scratched and felt tired we were very disappointed
Be aware, if you return the car even a couple of minutes late, they will charge about $27 per each hour (or fraction of hour). This is the only dissatisfaction I had, as I was a bit late due to road closures for a city marathon event.
