A l'accueil l'agent était très pressé...il faut vite comprendre.
On nous oblige a signer le document justifiant de l'état du véhicule sans le voir.
On nous retient le montant d'un plein d'essence remboursable sois 72h au retour alors qu'on laisse déjà une caution.
J'ai chercher 10mn le véhicule dans le parking. Aucun agent sur place au depart
The on-site process required a deposit, unlike the instruction indicating zero payment. The staff member had a heavy accent and was unclear in his explanation. One night, we forgot to turn off the lights, which drained the battery. We contacted the store but were given the wrong assistance number. Despite repeated calls, they insisted on the incorrect number or suggested we call a nearby return location, which was closed on Sunday. Eventually, we sought help from the hotel and managed to contact AA Roadside Assistance for a jump start.
