Please care about signing your office/ desk in Banja Luka Airport..... I found your employee only because I asked another person from another rent a car company about help. Generally is not info about Europcar service in BL airport.
Initially, it was difficult to locate the store as there were no foreigners renting cars here, but the service provided by the staff was excellent once contacted.
The company didn't have a baby chair as requested. Because the pick-up happened in a place where there wasn't an actual office they only provided the chair the next day, which was a bit of a hassle and big inconvenience as it impeded any traveling for a day.
We had to make changes to the holidays arrangements, for which charging one day less of chair use was little compensatoin.
Europcar representative on the phone was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Also, mentioend that will block my card for entire value of the car if I do not get insurance through them ( already got insurance when booked the car). Other staff members was very nice, professional and hlepful.
