Qeeq booking did not explain the outside insurance coverage. At the pickup counter, the representative wanted to sell me the same insurance I had previously purchased online. I ask why do I need additional insurance since I already purchased it online. He said that it was a 3rd party insurance and they have no control over it. Additionally, because I didn't purchase it at the counter, I was asked to leave a $2,000USD as deposit.

Thanks for your review. The counter staff might show you insurance or other services for charges, you could choose them according to your needs and confirm the estimated charge on the contract. We are sorry about the misconfusiton. If the car is damaged or stolen, the car hire company could charge you up to excess amount. So the supplier will hold the deposit as the voucher we sent to you. You could claim back the money with AXA Insurance. Thanks for your feedback and look forward to see you.

I returned the car with small choclate stain from the rental period. The stain could have been easly cleaned by me prior to the car return but i forgot to do it. When I returned the car the staff noticed the stain and said they usually have to charge 100eur for cleaning process but the Manager was kind to let it go and to have it cleaned free of charge! Excellent Service!
