I didn't get the car i was expected instead i had to pay more to get a car which fits with our needs

There was no staff at the airport counter, and the provided phone number was not answered. We had to ask a taxi driver to take us to the pickup location, which cost us 150 lira. Additionally, the vehicle did not match the model we ordered.
The service was very good, but the fees were not consistent with what QEEQ informed. They overcharged by more than 100 lira. A deposit of 15,000 lira was taken.
The entire car rental process is efficient and the staff is very effective. It was a pleasant rental experience.
