I booked a Mercedes A-Class, but upon arrival, they said it was temporarily unavailable and asked me to wait an hour. After an hour, it was still unavailable, so to avoid delaying my trip, I took a Corolla with very poor performance. Currently, I am applying for a refund of the price difference, and I don't know the outcome yet.
The service abroad was very friendly. Although we encountered multiple issues with the navigation system and ended up using our own phone for directions, the process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient.
The service was okay, the rental process was simple, no need for a notarized or translated driver's license. Just wasn't sure where to pick up the car, took some time to figure out since the signs in Turkey are unclear.
Picking up the car in Izmir was quite convenient, just a few minutes' walk. For returning the car in Urgup, I paid extra to have it picked up at the hotel, saving me a trip.
