I showed up 15 minutes before our rental time and staff was completely unwilling to start the rental process early unless I paid $100 US. It took an hour for them to enter the information into their system and get the keys to me.

Price drop saved us some money and Easyrentcars was great
Like: Got upgraded to a better car as they didn't have the one I booked back in yet. Dislike: They like to hard sell, even after telling them that I had insurance & liability coverage through my travel insurance they kept trying to sell it and a bunch of other add-ons that weren't needed, got the impression that the clerk was upset with me when I didn't take any of the add ons.

Like: Car was clean, great mpg (26mpg), everything worked (even in torrential downpours).. return was quick and easy! Would definitely rent here again! Dislike: Even though car was completely pre-paid it seemed excessively long to get all documentation ready.. long wait in line and then long paper process- over an hour in all!!
