Bien Qeeq, mal Mex

PESIMO TRATO DE LA SEÑORITA QUE ME ATENDIO YA QUE CON TONO AMENAZANTE DE NO ENTREGAR EL AUTO SI NO SE PAGABA OTRA VEZ EL SEGURO QUE USTEDES YA ME HABIAN COBRADO Y DESEO VER COMO ME AYUDAN PARA RESOLVER ESTE PROBLEMA GRACIAS

I was told that I needed to purchase additional third party liability insurance (Despite Qeeq including it on my voucher). They said only $750,000 was included, but I needed $3,000,000. When I was given a receipt, it only showed this as a car upgrade. I asked for a receipt, they said all I could be given was what I already had (with no mention of additional insurance). Cost was an additional $188CAD

Qeeq was really great with whatsapp messages and support, especially concerning the additional insurance that I was told I needed by Mex. They provided quick and helpful information.

Todo fue muy rápido y con excelente atención, solo que me ofrecieron un seguro de cobertura total en el mostrador (no lo contrate) debido a que en mi reserva con qeeq agregué cobertura total.

Intentaron vender un seguro cuando yo traía el mío , coche nuevo con muy pocos kilómetros

La voiture demandée n'était pas disponible. J'avais reservé un SUV lux et j'ai eu une mid-range corréene. Le personnel etait odieux. A la restitution, il n'y avait personne et pas de boite pour les clefs, j'ai laissé la voiture sur le parking du loueur et le lendemain à la restitution ils m'ont obligée de payer le parking!! Je suis furieuse. Personne ne parlaient anglais, le personnel était absolument désagréable.
