Long wait time at Milano Centrale desk with only one staff member at a busy time. Had to leave and come back as didn't accept debit card or Amex credit card. Vehicle was no longer available by the time I returned and had to wait for several hours for another vehicle to return. Required €1,800 deposit for vehicle, which Qeeq didn't communicate clearly on booking emails. As I didn't have this amount available on my card I was forced to buy extra insurance from Noleggiare that I didn't need, amounting to almost €400 over the booking period. During booking, had to ring the Milano Centrale office 15 times to confirm I could drop the vehicle back later than the booking time. Drop off location was correct on the Noleggiare invoice, but incorrect on the Qeeq email and voucher. All in all a subpar experience and unlikely I would book again with Noleggiare, and would expect Qeeq to improve their communication on deposits required significantly.

When picking up the car, the rental company said we could upgrade to a Toyota model with a larger trunk and better performance for an additional €50. We insisted on the original model from the order, but after some back-and-forth, they claimed the original model was faulty and offered a free upgrade. However, when we got the car, its condition was very poor and the trunk was much smaller. Since we were in a rush, we took it anyway.
The line was long, and the staff at the counter were slow. The pickup location was far from the counter. It was raining that day, and we had to walk a long distance. They finally gave us a downgraded small car, which felt overpriced. We ended up being 40 minutes late for the meeting with the client. This car rental company is really unreliable.
Do not choose this company. They didn't provide the reserved vehicle and didn't accept the embassy-certified driver's license. They accused us of driving without a license and forced us to buy insurance. They also did not recognize the insurance provided by the car rental platform and required a deposit of 1800 euros with two credit cards in the renter's name.
