I booked a 4x4 abd did not receive one. The condition of the car I received was not very good. No one to meet us at airport with a sign with my name on. Waited over an hour to finally see a guy with 10 rental car companies on it. City Car Rental was one of them. Shuttle only runs every 30 mins so very crowded and no room for luggage. Check in process was terrible. 2 customer service reps for all those companies. Waited almost 2 hours to wait to check in. So many people waiting. Returning the car was almost as bad. When ai booke with Qeeq, I thought you were the car rental company and not the agent. Next time I will go direct with the major companies ecen if I have to pay more!

1. Airport pickup was delayed, waited for over half an hour at the airport, had to make several phone calls before someone came. 2. The vehicle was old and poorly maintained, it broke down halfway. It had been driven 268,000 kilometers and was still in use. On the second day of the rental, it indicated an oil change was needed, and on the third day, the radiator overheated. 3. Poor communication. After the oil change alert showed up, called several times but the calls kept getting cut off mid-conversation. The first time I called about the overheating issue, they provided timely remote assistance, but after hours, no one answered the phone. 4. The navigation address on the agreement was wrong, it led to a repair shop which was 2 kilometers away from the drop-off point. An elderly man who didn't speak English handed me a map, apparently, this isn't the first time this has happened. 5. Price fraud. Not sure if it was a problem with the car rental platform or the rental company. I rented for 5 days at an average cost of 2000 RMB per day and got an old car with 268,000 kilometers. A friend rented for 3 days at an average cost of 1300 RMB per day on the same day. Customer service and support from the platform, please try to understand this from a consumer's perspective, do your excuses make any sense?

Not sure if it's a problem with the rental platform or the car company. I rented for 5 days at an average price of around 2000 RMB per day and got an old car with 268,000 kilometers. A friend who booked on the same day rented for 3 days at an average price of 1300 RMB per day. Rental platform customer service and after-sales teams, please put yourself in a consumer's position; do your ridiculous reasons make sense?
