Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.
Did not have available the car I booked. Why not? It was fully paid in advance with a fixed arrival time. One hour into my journey the car developed an engine running fault. It took 5 hours to source a replacement car through an alternative hire company with an additional EUR580 cost.
