What they were selling locally is likely similar to the non-deductible insurance in our country. If you're an experienced driver from home, you don't need to buy it. Remember, don't change lanes recklessly—foreigners drive by the rules.
The attitude was poor. I booked a mid-size SUV but was given a small SUV, which couldn't fit all my luggage. The staff did not admit their mistake. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait a long time to get the car, claiming it was being washed. However, there were several mid-size SUVs available in the parking lot. The return location address was inaccurate; the GPS led us around for a long time. Additionally, there were no nearby gas stations, which was very inconvenient. Overall, it was a rather poor rental experience.
