This company is extremely poor. First, I booked a Grand Cherokee. When I arrived, they said they didn't have it and gave me a Jeep Cherokee. They insisted it was of the same grade, claiming the Trailhawk was just as good, but a Grand Cherokee starts at half a million, whereas a Cherokee at most costs three hundred thousand. The same grade? They said if I insisted on a Grand Cherokee, I could wait for an old model for three hours until 7 PM, which would disrupt my schedule. I had to accept it. Such an untrustworthy foreign company should not be recommended. When returning the car, they inspected it meticulously and claimed an existing damage was not marked.
