Due to an increase in the number of people, we went to the store to switch to a business vehicle, and Cindy at the front desk provided excellent service and helped us upgrade for free.
Staff was decent. Not overly friendly but it seems like everyone in Nevada wasn’t overly friendly so they weren’t better or worse than the rest of our trip.
Need to wait quite long when we picked up the car, the counter agent didn’t tell me if the car was not ready yet, need to be clean up first, it was terrible and took many rounds in the garage to find the car
