Rented a car at Rome Termini train station, but the price was twice the original order. Spent three hours negotiating with QEEQ and the store. QEEQ thought I went to the wrong store, while the store claimed it was a system error and changed the price, wasting a lot of time.
There are too many one-time charges. They charge by the fuel level, and there's also a deposit. I returned the car on Saturday, but the store was closed, so I had to just park and leave the keys.
No need to queue, procedures are not complicated, and the staff is friendly. However, they could be more detailed when introducing the vehicle and doing basic checks. For instance, informing customers about basic info like the fuel door switch and fuel type.
