Pretty good, but the Swiss highway fee of 40 euros is not included.

“King's Lake”
About Europcar: 8.0 /10
The office of several car rental companies partnered with QEEQ is located on the second floor of the train station, directly opposite the train engine (the parking lot is shared as well). I arrived around 8:00 am, and there was no queue. The promised manual Mercedes A-Class was not available. I wondered where the famous German precision was. The customer service gave me two options: 1. BMW 1 Series for an additional €18, or 2. DS4 with no refund or extra charge. I was not satisfied with the options given, but I ultimately chose the manual DS4. I paid a €300 deposit and went to pick up the car myself. The customer service provided a small map, which was quite easy to follow even though I had to turn three streets and climb upstairs. Considering my poor English, I was quite proud of myself for finding the car. The car wasn't washed after the previous return but was fairly clean, probably due to Germany's good environment. Before returning the car, I filled it up with fuel, according to the contract, which stated no less than 98#. The gas station didn't have 98#, so I asked a local who happened to work for a car rental company. He said the manual in the glove box specified the required fuel type. I didn't understand it, so he directly told me to use E10. After refueling, I noted the pump number and paid at the counter. For the return, you need to drive into the parking lot from the back. I wasn't entirely sure but luckily met some friendly Africans who were returning their car and told me, 'Return? Back!' I actually understood them. Park the car in the slot to the left of the entrance, and the inspector will check it. You can leave after the inspection and get a printed confirmation of the return. I didn't request it, trusting the German people. Overall, I was satisfied with this rental experience. However, they didn't provide the specified car, and I was not satisfied with the solutions offered. The DS brand wasn't among the alternatives listed, so why was it given as an option?

“Southern German Forest Plus Austria, Total 1200 km”
About Europcar: 2.0 /10
An ABC said we arrived late and claimed our reserved model was unavailable. They wanted to charge us an extra 150 euros for an upgrade. Our English is poor, so we asked if they could speak Chinese. They said they couldn't, even though they were clearly communicating with peers in Chinese. In the end, we still got a Touran. We requested a receipt, but they said they couldn't provide one. Since we were in a rush to another city, we had no choice but to pay and take the car. It was a very unpleasant experience. PS: The store is on the second floor of the central train station, not too hard to find, but the pickup point takes some time.

The parking lot is separate from the store, which is slightly inconvenient. Not as good as Store No. 2.

The cleanliness is very bad. There are clay all over the car from car washer. It’s like the wash the car but just left it dry by themselves.
