First, they overcharged. When renting in New York, the staff added an extra $87.9 for insurance. Despite coordination, it didn't work out; I had to coordinate with the rental platform but still ended up paying. Currently waiting for the rental platform's coordination result.
Second, the return location changed. The originally agreed return location was different when I returned the car, and I wasn't notified at pickup. Had to find the new location on my own.
