The queue was very slow, it took over an hour.

They pushed insurance which wasn't useful at all. Still ended up spending more money.

The location of the office and pick up point was a 15 or 20 minute cab ride from the airport, which is why they're such good value I guess. There was a free shuttle bus from the airport but it was a half hour wait and we had already been travelling all day so we opted for the cab.

Got there, hired the smallest car available. All they had was 9 seater vans. Not suitable for our needs
