We hoped they could take us to the airport when returning the car, but they refused. We had a lot of luggage and they didn't agree even after discussing. It was a very poor experience.
First time renting a car from Hertz in Australia. Thanks to QEEQ for the recommendation. The staff was very polite and there were no hidden charges. The car was very clean and comfortable. The GPS provided by QEEQ was also very convenient.
Like: I got what I assured. Everything was perfect. Dislike: I booked through easyrent car. The fare was shown including insurance, I had to pay more and as an advance I paid 53$ . But the main renting company HERTZ, did not get the money I paid at the time of renting.
I requested easteent car for a refund.
Really satisfied with the service of HERTZ.
