Terrible. When renting the car, basic insurance was included, but the rental company insisted it wasn't and showed us warning statements. We ended up buying additional insurance unnecessarily. Awful company.
The staff was quite friendly and didn't push too many promotions. Both the rental and return processes were simple, the car was in good condition, and the price was really cheap. Overall, very satisfied with this rental!
The shuttle service was very timely, and they explained all the potential issues clearly when renting the car. Very professional service.
