The line for picking up the car in Las Vegas was extremely long, taking more than half an hour to line up and over an hour to get the car! I originally booked a mid-size SUV, Jeep Grand Cherokee, through QEEQ. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard SUV, Kia Sorento. I don’t know if it was QEEQ or Alamo that switched the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that when returning the car in LA, even though I had refueled it completely, Alamo charged me an FSO fee, which is for refueling services, costing about $50. This company is very reliable. The car is new and well-equipped, and the service is excellent. No hidden charges, very satisfied! The car was a Chrysler with automatic doors and heated seats, fully loaded. Very satisfied.

The car rental location at Las Vegas Airport is very convenient, with many rental company counters all in one hall. We arrived early, so there were very few people in line and the rental process was very smooth. The car pick-up hall is large with clear signage, and there were many models to choose from within the same class, at least 10 cars or more.

Very good, they upgraded my vehicle for free at the store. When the tire burst and the windshield broke on the road, they handled it immediately and replaced it with a new car for free.

They did not acknowledge the third-party liability insurance that was shown as included on the Zuzuche website. Even though I paid the full amount when booking on Zuzuche, I was charged the full amount again by the American rental location Alamo.
