About Alamo: 2.0 /10
The line for picking up the car in Las Vegas was extremely long, taking more than half an hour to line up and over an hour to get the car! I originally booked a mid-size SUV, Jeep Grand Cherokee, through QEEQ. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard SUV, Kia Sorento. I don’t know if it was QEEQ or Alamo that switched the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that when returning the car in LA, even though I had refueled it completely, Alamo charged me an FSO fee, which is for refueling services, costing about $50. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. “Car Pickup - Las Vegas - Death Valley - Las Vegas - Grand Canyon South Rim - Monument Valley - Arche”
About Alamo: 4.0 /10
The store's service attitude and efficiency were excellent, but they didn't have the 4WD Grand Cherokee I booked, only a similar 2WD vehicle. Upgrading to another model would have cost an additional $75 per day, which made my trip difficult, especially since my itinerary involved mountain roads and canyons, particularly in winter. Driving a 2WD vehicle in heavy snow on mountain highways at night worried me and reduced the enjoyment of my drive. I hope the rental company can work with partners to reduce discrepancies between bookings and actual vehicles provided. Online, it stated 4WD, but at the store, they offered three 2WD models, and upgrading cost extra. If it's similar, it should still be 4WD based on my travel requirements. I've rented from this site four times, and the first three were very satisfactory. This time posed significant risks. Additionally, I bought the super all-inclusive insurance and showed the English explanation to the store staff, informing them I'd already purchased it. However, the staff insisted that it did not cover roadside assistance, glass, or chassis insurance and required me to sign a document stating I'd be fully responsible for any incidents requiring roadside assistance at $200 per mile for towing. I refused to add any more coverage as per the pre-rental instructions, and the staff eventually relented.

About Alamo: 2.0 /10
I booked a Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Nissan family SUV when I picked up the car. After negotiating, they said there were no cars left and I would need to come back the next day for a standard SUV. Since that was inconvenient, I decided to wait. Just as I was about to leave, the staff brought a Ford Edge. Although the Edge is far from a Grand Cherokee, I didn't want to waste another day changing plans and booking accommodations, so I accepted it. I paid over $1300 for a Grand Cherokee but ended up driving a family SUV. The entire trip was frustrating.
