Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.

I haven't used Europcar for a long time, but overall it was very good. The service was efficient and friendly.

I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).

The store at Frankfurt T2 is very convenient, located just to the left of the exit.
