Had to return the car early due to a family matter, but the additional rental fee, cross-border service fee, and insurance were not refunded at all.

They charged a 1400 CZK parking fee at pick-up, starting from three days before the pick-up date. Now, the rental company doesn’t acknowledge this fee, claiming there was a free parking card in the car. First, the staff never mentioned this when we picked up the car; second, there was only a paid parking card in the car.

Although the store opens at 8 AM, the staff started working at 7:30 AM. The pickup and drop-off processes were very fast.
