Excellent car condition, good service, nice people. Only one with the office directly inside the station, very practical. I could keep the car in their parking for another night since my travel plans had changed.

Great way to quickly compare and find car rentals, as ever. Here it was a little confusing as I remember because there were different companies somewhere around Prague main station but all but budget still required a longer walk from the train.

The insurance conditions are not very clear, specially when I pay the full cover. The rent a car company at the Prague airport (Rent plus) asked me the prepayment from my Visa and told me that if something happen I have to pay in advance and than ask to Qeeq the money back. Is it true?

Usually I have a very smooth process with Rent Plus company, even during the pandemic, but this time I found out a charge no one told me about from my deposit cc and still can't find any reasonable explanation for this from their customer support, for more than 2 weeks. Supper disappointed.

Do not rent from this company! The worst rental company ever. The deposit is around 15,000 RMB and the refund takes forever. It's been half a month and I've called them to ask why I haven't received my refund. They shirk responsibility saying it was refunded long ago and that I should ask the bank, which has nothing to do with it. We called for their roadside assistance and they said: 'You don't have our insurance, we can't help you.' They provided no useful advice, just kept repeating: 'I cannot help you.' Overall, a useless and terrible experience. We ended up solving the problem ourselves.

When we called for roadside assistance, they said they couldn't help because we didn't have their insurance and provided no useful suggestions, just repeating 'I cannot help you.' Basically, they are useless. We had to resolve the issue ourselves in the end.

Satisfied, but the car was a bit worn out and had trouble starting in the morning.

Right cars was great, I was very skeptical that everything will go smooth but it was, the pick up and drop off was quick and without any problems I dropped of the dirty car so I assumed they will charge me with cleaning fee but they said it’s included in the rental

The car was lovely and looked new but it was smaller than we expected so struggled to get luggage in .
