Additionally, due to the staff's unprofessionalism, the deposit was charged incorrectly twice. After the supervisor corrected it, 500 AUD was still charged twice, and only one amount has been refunded so far, leaving me worried about the other.

I placed an order on Zuzuche on September 23, and paid 688 RMB in full with my credit card. On October 8, Europcar charged 660.39 RMB to my credit card. I was charged twice for the rental. Overcharged me. At the rental counter, they swiped my card twice, once for 100 AUD and once for a smaller amount. They said they would refund the 100 AUD but it was never returned.

The company's staff are very responsible and helped me promptly when I encountered difficulties.
