Sometimes there were no cars available, and I had to go to another location to get one. Plus, I had to buy insurance, making the total cost similar to the rental price.

The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!
