It did take a long time to pick up the car - at least two hours which was hard on top of a long international flight. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It worked well.

1. The reserved car (Jeep Compass) was not available, and they replaced it with a BUICK ENCORE, which is not even in the same class. 2. Had to upgrade to a Nissan Armarda due to necessity, 12-day rental cost (¥3009 $267), very high fuel consumption AVG15.7 (miles per gallon), which converts to 14.93 liters per 100 kilometers in domestic terms, drove a total of 5000 kilometers, and the fuel cost was 800 dollars. 3. The car rental company has a poor rating, less than 2 stars in the US, but 8.7 domestically, deceiving people. 4. The company name 'Daole' suits them well, they only care about money.

The staff at San Francisco airport seemed to be Chinese and insisted that we buy insurance, constantly saying: must. Our English is not very good, and after a long discussion, we understood that it's mandatory according to their policy. After we returned to our country, we contacted QEEQ, and they helped us appeal and recover some of the losses. We truly appreciate QEEQ.

The rental company often has long lines, possibly due to their discounts. Special note: Dollar Rental sneaks in extra insurance charges, so be sure to read the receipt carefully, request explanations, and cancel unwanted charges immediately. (See details in my review below)

Arrived at San Francisco Airport at 11 AM and had to wait in line for 2 hours before getting the car. There were about 50 people ahead of me.
