Bad temper, bad service, horrible encounter, overcharge, irrational. Did not provide the booked car, also charged for a free item! Scolded by the staff with no respect shown. Seems like because I am Chinese, they look down on me! Racism! Horrible!

The rental company is Eurocar, and the staff are quite nice. However, they didn't anticipate that registering for a charging app would be difficult for foreigners. They didn't inform us in advance and didn't provide multiple app options. The two official apps they recommended could not be registered.

Terrible car rental experience. Because of my poor English skills, I chose to rent through the platform. When I arrived, an Italian man at the front desk asked for a deposit of over 800 euros. I called customer service, and they said this amount was normal. In the end, an additional fee of over 2000 euros was charged, including insurance, vehicle upgrade, and some inexplicable charges that the platform cannot currently verify. Throughout the process, the Italian man at the front desk never asked if we needed these services! This is a scam rental company. Because of our poor English, we couldn't understand the contract at all. I believe they took advantage of this to cheat us. I advise everyone not to choose this rental company.

There were many people handling the rental process, queued for an hour. We reserved two cars, one Passat wagon was replaced with a Golf wagon, and the tank wasn't full. The parking lot was over 300 meters away, we had to walk there ourselves, no guidance provided, not very satisfactory.

When picking up the car, they emphasized multiple times that it must be returned before 19:00. I rushed and managed to reach the return location, but despite the lights being on and the door seemingly open, the main gate was locked and no one was there to accept the car. I tried calling all provided numbers, including the one on the key, but all calls went unanswered with just a message asking me to wait. There was no way to contact Europcar's customer service, resulting in us being unable to reach our accommodation on time, causing a loss.
