The address provided by the rental company was incorrect. When returning the car, despite the agreed time and place, we still had to call and urge them. We were in a hurry to catch our flight!

They asked for a 15 Euro tip when picking up the car, which was very unpleasant. We booked two cars, one of which was an SUV. When it was time to return the car, the Circula owner scolded us, asking why they couldn't reach us on our Turkish phone the previous day. We found it weird because we had a data SIM card, not a phone SIM card. We had our Chinese phone, why didn't they contact that? They wanted to charge us an extra day. I urgently called Zuzuche, but it was 3 or 4 am in China, and although someone was on duty, they couldn't actively resolve the issue. After returning to China and going through some trouble, they finally didn't charge the extra day, but it was a waste of energy... really...
