Due to poor language skills, I couldn't understand why. Could it be that the original reservation didn't include any insurance? At the counter, they even mentioned the total rental cost would be over 600 USD. It seemed suspicious so I refused. Please provide honest service and explain everything upfront, especially for people who aren't proficient in English.
