今回は店舗での支払いを選択しましたが、車を受け取る時にオンラインで予約した車種がないと言われ、別の車種に変更しました。その際、変更後の車種の料金が異なることは言われなかったので同意しましたが、結果的に元の注文よりもかなり高くなりました。同時にクレジットカードにも請求が発生しましたが、店舗での支払いがこういう状況になるかどうかはわかりません。

No upselling, didn't have the booked model, was given a Ford Explorer with around 10,000 miles. Vehicle condition was fine. Received a $50 charge 7 days after returning the car, customer service said it was for tolls. No detailed breakdown, but I did use some toll roads, seems about right.
