The car was in great condition and very clean.
I hope the car rental company can make the return location clearer since the parking lot is very large. We only went there once when we picked up the car, so the impression was not strong. When returning the car, we parked in the space of a different rental company in the same parking lot, which led to having to move the car again with the rental company staff after handing back the keys. Fortunately, everything went well.
The service staff at the car rental company were quite good. When we insisted on inspecting the car before signing, they diligently accompanied us and marked all conditions of the vehicle. They trust the customers more during the return process! Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental experience!
British English is quite difficult to understand. The pickup and return point is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the terminal. However, the snow chains cost an additional 5 dollars per day, and we didn't use them at all. I thought they were provided for free when booking.
