Terrible! Everyone, be careful. This place is worse than smaller rental companies. They scammed us for extra insurance and a full tank of gas! Afterward, they tried to dismiss our complaints with a contract we never saw, and the signature was clearly copied and pasted! Never again, even if I can't find another car, I won't choose Avis!!!!
The company is a large one and the car was in great condition. However, there was a system error. Despite having full insurance, they still tried to charge an extra 150 euros when returning the car. Thankfully, I had enough time before my flight to resolve the issue with the service desk by confirming the contract order on QEEQ and had the charges corrected. Just a minor mistake.
Counter staff were professional and helpful. Brand new car, nice and clean, with a very high spec included. Pick up and drop off quick and easy. Very good price for the rental. Would definitely recommend.

Первый раз арендую машину в авиас. Менеджер отнёсся с подозрением, проверил мой телефонный номер и позвонил на него. Возможно из-за этого и не дал запрашиваемую машину. Заказывал машину премиум класса, получил машину на уровень меньше, с меньшим пространством для пассажиров (vw tiguan)
Менеджер утверждал , что других машин нет.
Только после ссоры он мне выдал skoda superb, где хотя бы много пространства .
