The AVIS in downtown Antalya, Turkey, is just a small shop, but the communication was smooth. They kept trying to sell us an insurance for 20 lira per day, but we had already bought comprehensive insurance on the QEEQ website, so we didn't buy it. The staff seemed a bit unhappy about it, but it didn't matter because the car was really new and nice, very comfortable to drive, had strong air conditioning, and good features. The roads in Turkey are incredibly good. We rented the car for 6 days and drove from Antalya to Izmir. The longest we drove in one day was 7 hours, but it didn't feel tiring at all. The scenery was fantastic. Turkey is a great place for a road trip!
The service was very good. Our first car was a new one with only 31 kilometers. It broke down after driving from Antalya to Fethiye, but we got a replacement the next day without much delay. Returning the car at Izmir Airport was also very convenient and quick.
Both the pick-up and return locations were easy to find. After picking up the car, the staff member was requested to drive us back to the hotel, which they did. The return location was in a designated spot in the airport parking lot. Due to unfamiliarity with the airport layout, the counter staff called a colleague to meet us at the arrival hall entrance for the return. The price matched our expectations, the answers to our questions were clear, the car was in excellent condition, very new and clean, and it happened to be a model I love.

The car was really new and in great condition, driving it was very comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the features were nice. The roads in Turkey are exceptionally well built. We rented the car for 6 days, driving all the way from Antalya to Izmir. Even on the longest day, driving for 7 hours didn't feel tiring. The scenery was amazing. If you come to Turkey, you absolutely have to drive yourself!
