They were dismissive towards Chinese people, chatting with colleagues while handling matters. When finally available to process the car rental, they claimed they couldn't understand the bilingual confirmation form. Just because the Chinese characters were larger than the English ones, they insisted I read the confirmation number in English, at a slow pace. I switched to another person, who also spoke only English but was swift and efficient.

Terrible attitude. This was my third time renting a car overseas, and it was the worst experience. The company's female staff member had no professionalism. After failing to provide the pre-booked vehicle without a valid reason, she unilaterally changed the reserved model, pushing for a more expensive car. After I refused, she offered a low-configuration car at the original price.

I have rented cars several times overseas through the QEEQ website and always had a very good experience.

The staff were patient and enthusiastic, and the pick-up process was smooth. The car was in good condition.
