It's not my first time renting a car in Vancouver. I've rented from both National and Alamo before. National, possibly because of its larger size, seems more arrogant. Alamo offers warmer service and provides more detailed instructions for pickup and return.

All well.
They told me clearly that if any danage they will charge me 500 dollars subsequently i have to claim from other insurance company.
