No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.

Extremely poor, the worst car rental experience. Promised a Land Rover but gave a Highlander instead, and at that time both QEEQ and Europcar clearly acknowledged it was a downgrade. What about the promised refund? After using the car, they denied responsibility.

“Overall a good experience but delays despite calling the day previous”

Like: Car was what we needed to carry 4 adults and 2 infants under 3years.
Dislike: Confusion over where the cars was being picked up from and fitting child seats despite taking the time to confirm all the details (including correcting some confusion over type of child seats required) the day before arriving with the domestic terminal staff by phone.
