It's somewhat reasonable to force us to buy a full tank of fuel, but they insisted on selling me a lot of insurance, couldn't do anything after explaining for a long time. Additionally, the cars from this rental company have a strong odor inside, and the vehicles are old.

Great value for money, the airport shuttle is also quite convenient. There are many branches in the US, making returns easy. I've heard it was acquired by Hertz, hopefully, prices won't go up in the future.

Average service. There was no clear explanation on-site about the charges. We didn't understand the purpose of the charges and declined all insurance options. Additionally, we were surprised by the charges. Aside from the $62 for a full tank of gas, nearly $200 was charged to our credit card. The receipt was confusing, with unclear fees. The rental and return processes were convenient, especially the quick return. However, the return address on the pickup sheet was incorrect, and the GPS led us to a place without an entrance, causing significant delays. This is a major oversight!
