Overall, it was pretty quick. The car collection took a bit of time. I got a similar model, but the car wasn't great. It was just okay to drive.

The overall service was excellent. I've rented cars many times in London and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of my favorites. Many thanks to the QEEQ app for timely notifications, which are very helpful for forgetful or procrastinating people like me.

The car pick-up process was straightforward and clear, and the service attitude was excellent.

The car rental company instructed us to check the car condition and inform them, but said there was no need to inspect the tires carefully. When we returned the car, a small cut was found on one of the tires. We informed them that we drove only on city roads and highways, where there was no chance for the tire to get cut. Still, the company deducted the repair fee from our deposit. Other companies usually hold a pre-authorization on the deposit, but they directly deducted £200 from our deposit. It feels like they are trying to make extra money through other means. Customer service never replies to emails. The return location is also hard to find.
